Everything sold here is a digital product delivered instantly, which affects when a refund is possible.

Digital delivery
Access is granted immediately after the payment is verified. Because the material can be read or downloaded straight away, purchases are generally not refundable once access has been used.
When a refund applies
If you were charged twice, if access was never granted, or if the file is corrupted and cannot be replaced, the full amount is refunded.
How to request one
Write from the email used for the order with the order ID and a short description of the issue. Requests are reviewed within three working days.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks typically take five to seven working days to reflect the credit.
